About the author

With a master’s degree in Management from the University of Greenwich, London, A. Happy Umwagarwa has been an international human resources professional and a career coach for more than fifteen years. Her job involves advising organizations on how to tap into the talents of their employees as well as providing guidance and counseling to individuals on their career success.
In addition to being a human resources professional, Happy is also a creative writer, novelist, storyteller, and poet. Guided by a quote from Toni Morrison, ‘If there is a book that you want to read, but it hasn’t been written yet, you must be the one to write it, ‘ Happy writes for herself, her daughters, her compatriots, and all of humanity. She hopes her books, stories, and poems promote a culture of peace and respect for diversity in her country and beyond.
