David Frey ( San Rafael, California) has been working in thefields of architecture and construction for more than 20 years andteaching Auto CAD to AEC design professionals, engineers, students, and teachers for 14 years. He is the author of seven previousbest-selling editions of Auto CAD: No Experience Required. Davidholds a Master’s degree in architecture from the Universityof California, Berkeley.Jon Mc Farland (Cleveland) manages a design department ata property development company, where he uses Auto CAD and VIZ tocreate visualizations of proposed facility construction andexpansions. He has also taught Auto CAD, VIZ, and 3ds Max courses atthe university level.
