Doxorubicin

Doxorubicin is a classical but useful anti-tumor agent. It is used for the treatment of a variety of malignancies including solid tumors and leukemia due to its broad spectrum anti-tumor activity. It also has well known toxic side effects that must be minimized for its successful use clinically.
