Chapter Five investigates the effects of extremely low frequency and high frequency electromagnetic fields on the secondary structure of typical proteins by means of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy techniques. Chapter Six presents the influence of the neutrino flux on atmospheric water in Europe.
