Abdul Aziz is a Professor of Economics at the Institute for Social and Economic Change, Bangalore. He holds a Chair in Micro-level Planning at the Institute and guides research students. Prior to joining the Institute in 1975, Dr. Aziz worked at the Shri Ram Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources, New Delhi and taught economics at Mysore University. Besides directing several research projects, he has published several books and research papers.
