Charles Haddon Spurgeon was an English Particular Baptist Preacher born on 19 June 1834. In addition to pastoring, he was also a well-known author, penning numerous works during his lifetime that included sermons, an autobiography, Bible commentaries, devotionals, poetry, and hymns.
