Kishan S. Rana is Professor Emeritus at the Diplo Foundation, Malta and Geneva. He previously worked for the Indian Foreign Service (1960-1995), serving as Ambassador or High Commissioner to Algeria, Czechoslovakia, Kenya, Mauritius, and Germany.
