For 40 years, Wendel Miser was a contract project officer at the United States Environmental Protection Agency in the Washington, D.C. area. He earned a Bachelor of Art in Biology from Cornell College in Iowa and a Master of Science in Zoology from the University of Illinois.He later sang with the New Dominion Chorale, and the National Men’s Chorus.
