Curse of Empire: The Secret History of King Zhou of Shang and Su Daji: stands on the commanding height of history to show the life of Zixin, a fierce and powerful person, with true temperament, killing and expedition, and unbridled behaviors. Su Daji melted the cold and suspicious heart of the emperor with tenderness. However, the bloody and cruel struggle in the imperial court extended to the imperial harem. In order to save herself, Su Daji killed Zixin’s beloved concubines and slowly revealed the mysterious curtain of the infighting in the imperial harem. The pool of wine and forest of meat, luxurious and dissipated life of chasing each other in naked, tying faithful and upright officials to the copper column and burning them, the brutal behavior of cutting the pregnant woman’s abdomen to see the fetus, frequent wars, and excessive taxes and levies caused people’s resentment. People from the State of Zhou took advantage of the situation and made the Empire of Shang Dynasty collapsed. Zixin burned himself in the Zhaixing Tower and died for the country.
