Paul is Owner and teacher at Mudra Yoga London based in Stoke Newington in North-East London. He started out renting and running yoga classes from various community spaces around London with his partner and fellow yoga teacher Emily-Clare Hill before they decided on opening their own studio. These formative years and the experience of running community-based classes provided the ethos and ideas behind Mudra to provide a friendly and accessible community orientated yoga studio with expert passionate teachers. Ever present at the studio Paul is the heartbeat of Mudra and takes great pride in providing an open space for students to feel welcome and inspired when they come to practise. Paul’s drive for community wellbeing and positivity shines through every class and is at the core of everything at the studio.
