His real estate background includes serving as president of the ERA Broker Council, president of the Broker Council of Southern California, vice-president and director of the Board of Realtors, director of the California Association of Realtors, as well as membership in the National Association of Realtors. Richard has appeared on numerous talk radio shows from coast-to-coast, as well as television news programs, including Fox News in Los Angeles.
