Malcolm Chester earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brown, a master’s degree in child studies from Tufts, and a Juris Doctorate from IIT Kent, Chicago. He worked as a public affairs vice president and association director. Currently, he consults on public and governmental affairs, while practicing law. Chester lives in Des Plaines, a Chicago suburb, with his wife, Georgia Marsh.
