People always experiment with cooking and have always wanted to do the same baking. Baking is a form of chemistry where everything has to be measured out precisely and if its not then there are consequences from it. This concerns people and makes them afraid of trying new things with the recipe. Hopefully, this baking book will make people not afraid of trying new things. In this book there are baking recipes that have been modified by substituting out ingredients with a similar ingredients. Feel free to look at this book and check it out.

Justin Weyand has worked at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX as a lead baker then went on to work at St. Joseph Regional Hospital in Bryan, TX as a cook, where he enhance is culinary skills by understanding the different diets. He is a food service manager for the Brenham State Support Living Center in Brenham, TX. He has won several grand championship in baking at the Washington County Fair. One of his cake recipe won him 1st place in the Annual 2015 Brenham Banner Press Holiday Cookbook Contest, which was published on November 23rd 2015. He received is BFA in computer animation from SHSU and an Associate’s degree in mathematics from Blinn College in Brenham, TX.
