Roland grew through the ranks to become a successful doctor. Growing up into a modest family, he had one opportunity that changed his medical career forever. This opened him up to several opportunities from within and outside the country. After careful consideration of all, he decided to go to New York City where he met Katherine. Katherine started as Roland's patient but ended up to become his delight.
