Anna Bączkowska is Associate Professor of Linguistics in the Department of English Studies at Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, Poland. Her research interests include semantics, pragmatics, translation studies, psycholinguistics, and applied linguistics. She is the editor of the journal Linguistics Applied and the book series Interfaces: Studies in Language, Mind and Translation.
