Mourning the loss of his wife, a man escapes to the refuge of the remote north. There he finds temporary peace. Then, life becomes very complicated and hard choices have to be made. Every choice has a consequence. Unanticipated twists and turns emerge. Brian struggles to escape from the mire that he finds himself in. But, the embedded powers are reluctant to release their grip.
