I have been making name tags since I was 18 years old. One day I showed my counselor the name tags I made and she was impressed. She told me that I should make a book about how to make them and so that’s where the idea came from. In this video I did my best to show you how to make name tag necklaces yourself. I hope I did a good enough job of trying to explain how to make them.

Hello, my name is Rosalio Betancourt. I am 39 years old and was born and raised in California. I have one younger brother whose name is Luis Antonio and two younger sisters Cindy and Deisy. My mom is Olivia and my dad is Antonio Betancourt. I grew up in San Jose California but have been living in Fresno since 2001.
