The Prophet 

The Prophet is the most well-known work of spiritual fiction of the twentieth century, and it is based on Kahlil Gibran’s own experience as an immigrant. A group of people stop a prophet named Almustafa as he is ready to board a ship to return to his homeland after twelve years in exile. They urge him to impart his wisdom before he leaves.
