Codling’s Cove 

The sleepy fishing village of Codlings Cove was built long ago on a large jutting rock face, tumbling down to a sparkling blue sea. The tiny fisherman’s cottages nestle on its deep ledges, with the narrow winding footpaths leading down to the bay.
Codlings Cove has an ancient history of ruthless pirates, smugglers and treasure chests hidden in the caves along the bleak coastline.
You will meet Snowy White and Salty Soak, two old fishermen, Cakey and Maisie Crumb, Farmer Giles and his beautiful horses; and many more exciting characters.

Patti Trickett was born and brought up in Blackpool and Fylde College.
Happily married to Chris, they have four grandchildren – two girls living in England and two boys in Switzerland.

Patti enjoys writing short stories for children everywhere. She divides her retirement years in writing in their home by the River Wyre in Lancashire, or at their pretty hillside retreat on the beautiful island of Crete.
